That sounds like a good device to have. 

To clear up a spot of confusion here, you say 130adc . Surely not 130 
Amps DC? Could you say what max volts applied and what the current 
(milliamps) flow is please,  and perhaps you could say what the 
immersed area of each silver electrode is please.
