about 4 years back, i was told of a young guy who had a leg sore that was not healing. mrsa was not as common topic as it is now. his people were talking of amputation at the ucla medical center. we, my friend who knew the kid, got some CS to him, and the infection cleared in about a week. he still has his leg.       jim
