Hi Wayne,

I don't dispute a word of what you say but can you tell me anything about
the form of sodium in selenium? Can you tell me about supplemental selenium
and sulpher? Can you tell me if any/all of these can/could
interact with silver on their own or in combination?

If it's a known fact that sodium in the form of salt is not the 'ideal' in
conjunction with silver then tell my why sodium in selenium is ok, what's
the difference? Educate me. When I read articles stating that selenium is
used in photography then tell me why bells should not be ringing and red
lights should not be flashing?

Here is just one article I have found relating to selenium used in
photography as a toner so perhaps you could explain: {toning is a
photographic process carried out on silver-based (black-and-white)
photographic prints to change their colour. Most toners work by
replacing the metallic silver in the emulsion with a silver compound, such
as silver sulfide (Ag2S) in the case of sepia toning}

What's the difference between supplemental selenium and that as used in
photography? From what I have found there are some questions which require
answers. Give me some answers, or maybe nobody actually knows yet, if so
then that's fine, I can accept that. I'm developing my own opinions again
from research I have done to date.
Maybe at the end of the day one just makes an educated guess.

Neville.

Subject: CS>Supplements, The Truth

I hate to tell you genius people,

        but you are all

              Dead Wrong about supplements.

      And I can prove it.

      How ?

I have cured too many ailments in too many people, for what you are
saying to be true.

And this included Thyroid problems. Yes ! Many more common things.

People call me from several states to plan a program for them.

And as for me, They have prevented and cured every disease known for
only 70 years.
( except hearing, and I think the 50 Cal Machine gun got that )

     ( actually maybe 50 plus a few ) I was about 18 when I first started
studying nutrition,
health, and disease. I was trying to get strong and tough.

Tougher than I was, and I was Half Tough to start with.

I could pick up a bale of cotton, the front end of a tractor, and the rear
wheel on some.

And I almost made the qualifying totals for Olympic Lifting. I could lift
140 pounds with one arm.

And I ate 6 raw eggs per day, and consumed 1 gallon of milk.
Not to mention the yeast, desiccated liver, and a ton or protein tablets.
Yes, some supplements as well.

I could never run very fast, but at age 42, I could outrun many high
school football players.
And I had the Heart rate of a Teenager. ( as per the chart )

Way back, I could plan a simple program for people, and a months supply
would cost $ 15. to $ 20.

Later the same thing cost about $ 50 to $ 75.

Many of these ailments, I could eliminate for people in 3 days, some in 3
weeks.
Some took longer.

And of course, I made suggestions in the diet. Some would follow them and
some would not.

           Just like today.

Recently a friend went to the doctor and they did only $ 18,000 worth of
test.
Found nothing wrong.

And I would bet, $ 10.000 Cash and Bonded bet, I could solve his problem.
But he is a mainstream believer, and no one can help them.

Recently I told some people, Line up Ten Doctors, and I know more about
that than all ten doctors.
No one lined up their doctors, and no one wants to bet.

You do not have to believe me,

You do not have to believe anyone,

           Believe only yourself.

And I think many, do not even believe themselves.

I did not say, all supplements are good, and you need 50 or 100. No, I
did not.

Find any food that is half as good, as our ancestors ate, 2 or 3
generations ago.

Wayne

Just one puny redneck, that is all.
