The best thing for you to do would be read up on using bentonite clay at

Ingesting the bentonite clay will help absorb and remove the radiation
etc out of the body.  You could use the charcoal in conjunction with
it.  You can also use clay baths.  Bentonite was used to control the
Chernobyl radiation.
