Hiya Wayne,

I made a yellow batch last week by forgetting to turn on my light for stirring. It is good though, I am using it. I prefer clear. Once I made a batch that turned all sorts of lovely colors. The jar was apparently contaminated by something that would not wash out. It was beautiful, but I did not drink that batch.

I could ask why you don't have a ppm meter, but I will restrain myself! ;-)

I don't have all your fancy equipment, just some of the simpler stuff you mentioned. probably don't need half of it, but it makes it fun.

If you want to get yellow, let the current run out of control and you will get yellow. Yellow is larger particles, it is ok, but clear is much better.

It is easy to make Yellow, if that is the goal.
