Something that I actually totally missed is that you have had a temp filling for a couple of years?? With that in mind I don't think that anything that I have offered is going to fix it. Temp fillings or caps are really meant to be just, something to be there for a few weeks until the permanent fix is done, they will let in stuff, which is what is happening to you.
I think that you are going to have to get that permanent fix done to get any relief. Kathy
