Very very good! In the old days, when I was still suffering from colds (thawuz befo' we met CS) at the first sign I would go fasting, on only water. Colds since then wouldn't last more than two days. The first sign was a pain, running from one side of the throat to the other and then spreading ..boom.. cold, flu. Then I went on urine-therapy and hardly ever met with colds no more; rinsing my mouth with my own water, and taking it every hour, instead of only in the morning as I have done for years now. These attacks would last no more than hours. They'd attack when the corpus was very tired, the owner havin' overdone it. Then with CS, indeed, my last flu/cold/throat infection was years and years ago. Three-in-one, I would say.
