Thanks Lois
I will show my husband this email and see if he can do that. He has a athletic low pulse rate. Our son's rate only runs in the high 30's unless active in sports. I'm sure he will try this. I have found that I can lower my BP. with deep breathing. I read about it on line and tried it. My BP would run in the 165/ 90 sometimes higher. I didn't want to take meds. I can get my BP to 108/64 Sometimes 113/74. but if it goes higher all I have to do is deep breathing for about 5 min. I can do 2 breaths in 1 min. now and it works great... Breath in for 15 seconds---out for 15 seconds >Do this for about 5 mins. It takes a bit of practice to get there but better than meds. and very relaxing.
