I have minimal knowledge, but you're welcome to it: baking soda is an
alkalizer, so it will change the pH of the bath water. Epsom salts is
magnesium sulfate, and since it is a salt it will dissolve in water. I
can't think of any reason why not to mix them together, unless you
happen to have sensitivites and want to only try one thing at a time,
just so's you know what is going on.
I am sure Steve will chime in and correct me if I am wrong ;-)
