I've used Thieves for sore throats and it has done wonders!! My
chiropractor told me to open my mouth wide and drop Thieves as far down the
throat
as you can get it. At this point, it will begin to burn like crazy. His
words," Don't swallow" ... let it do its work and in 30 seconds to a minute
you can then swallow. It's been pretty hard for me to hold it in my mouth
for that long but I hold it as long as possible .. after I can't hold it
any longer, then I swallow. By this time my eyes and mouth are watering
like crazy but sure does get rid of my sore throat and/or works on swollen
glands too !
