I intend to keep up my practice of misting eyes with CS, inhaling as
much as possible at the same time, and misting hands as well. With all
flus and colds I believe the best way to use CS is as prevention, and
misting is how I use it for that. My experience with catching a cold
when I stopped misting, is that CS works much better to prevent the
infection in the first place than it does after the infection has set up
house.
