I suggest you take him to the vet for 1) blood work to check for feline aids and leukemia, and a stool test to determine what kind of parasites he has. I would put him on a cat multi-vitamin and agood food like maxi cat in addition to what you are giving him> IT is difficult to play guess a disease when dealing with anything.
