I have a Tens Unit, not sure it is the same as your wife's but it is fantastic for many things. I get a lot of headaches and use it on my shoulders and it eases the pain. I also have a roller that can be attached and used on the neck it tightens the neck muscles and by doing that helps to eliminate the excess wrinkles and skin. I also use it on sore muscles.
