I've got no idea Marshall, not being overly computer savvy, just enough to do various things on it. There was plenty of memory available (I even checked the CPU) but I just couldn't load Adobe Flash Player using Firefox. As I say Explorer did it fine and so did Opera, and I find a lot of stuff on Opera which is on IE but not FF, and also Opera is faster. Hopefully, it will be less hackable than IE. Dee
