Totally natural, non toxic, much of the world has used it for many decades. 30 to 300 times as sweet as sugar. There are some cookbooks out there to cook with it. It isn't a sugar of any kind. Has a bit of aftertaste that you get used to in a couple weeks. The most natural would be the kind with no filler. Does not affect blood sugar at all. Safe for all diabetics. Takes some practice to cook with it, as it has no bulking ability for cooking like sugar, and no thickening ability. If you hate sugar and toxic artificial sweeteners, it's great.
