Of all the supplements I have tried, colloidal silver had the most obvious
and immediate benefits. I did not need any scientific measurements to know
it was helping me. It definitely cured my prostate problems, and also gave
me a weapon with which to drive off colds and flu. However, over time I had
to take more and more of it to get the same results, which is why I
purchased a generator and started making my own.
I also tried beta glucan, but did not see any obvious benefits and
eventually discontinued it. Recently, I read that Jonathan Wright
recommended taking one drop of SSKI (potassium iodide) each day to prevent
colds, and I started taking two drops a day in my morning cup of tea (I
always overdo everything). This has also had a very noticeable effect and I
have not had a cold since adding that to my daily regimen.
Since I believe my immune system was compromised by bad teeth (all gone now
in favor of implants) I am always searching for additional ways of
bolstering it, so I am very interested in research like this. I am also
following research on LDN (low dose naltrexone) which appears to have huge
potential as an immune system booster or regulator.
