"Dont get me started"
The vast majority of Lyme sufferers lie outside the recognition of
mainstream medical practitioners. Lyme is transmitted by tick AND
transmitted by body fluids. (Do the google research, yes I know what
the CDC & other sites say, but if you dig a little deeper you will
find that the research says Lyme survives in urine, tear fluid, semen
& can pass through vaginal walls, it can be transmitted from mother
to fetus & probably mother to nursing child. In the wild, an infected
mammal urinates the infected tick eggs into the grass where they
develop & look for their next meal.)
Mary Ann did exactly the right thing by arresting its progression
early & emphatically. The original American rediscoverer of Lyme was
an autoimmune specialist. He concluded that it is an ordinary
bacteria which responds to a 14 day course of antibiotics & any other
symptom after that is autoimmune. The lyme bacteria (Bb) is a
spirochete, similar to syphilis which is know as the "great
imitator", prefers thicker fluids than blood so after a few days of
antibiotic therapy it can no longer be detected by blood tests. The
best test to detect chronic lyme is the Stricker Panel CD57. Bb
colonizes joints, the brain, glands, etc.
CS & antibiotics for me have had nearly identical reactions. I prefer
CS, antibiotics are more convenient when I travel.
The one bit of advice I have heard regarding tick bites, since the Bb
lives in the gut of the tick, when you remove the tick, do it as
quickly as possible, & dont smash the tick's body. Smashing the body
may drive the Bb into you. Dont know how effective this advice is as
the there are 3 stages in the tick's life where it bites aq mammal &
during the first one it is almost to small to see, so how difficult
would it be to remove without smashing the body?
May Ann has great advice, deal with it immediately, regardless of
symptoms. For those conspiracy theorists among us, Lyme Connecticut
gave the disease its name, it is a few miles from the ports used by
researchers to go to & return from Plum Island Animal research
Center. Says wikipedia "The Plum Island Animal Disease Center
(PIADC) is a United States federal research facility dedicated to the
study of foreign animal diseases. Since 1954, the center has had the
goal of protecting America's livestock from foreign animal diseases.
During the Cold War a secret biological weapons program targeting
livestock was conducted at the site. This program has been the
subject of controversies, and the facility has gained a cult status."

Yes -- I agree -- it's pretty high all over the US. But it's
pretty amazing that you personally know four people who have it.
So can you please tell me what part of the country you're in? For
one thing, it's an area I'd probably like to avoid. Second, I had
a tick episode myself some time ago, and I'm wondering if you're
near that area. You can email me privately, if you'd prefer
privacy on the issue. MA

Hey MaryAnn, I think it's pretty high all over the U.S., and that
alot of diagnoses are wrong and are really Lyme. My blood actualy
tested positive. After twenty yrs. ha. I demanded to be retested. I
wish I had yrs ago. After 2 tests, yrs apart, (20 yrs. ago) they
never tested me again. Told me I had Fibromyalgia. Thanks for being
glad for me that CS is working. Had a couple of tough days, I
believe in the end this is the ticket, thank God! Blessings, Little
Bird

Hi. Sorry you're sick, and glad that CS is helping you. I'm
wondering where "here" is? And why you have "so many Lyme cases"? MA
From: lampley lane <[email protected]
When we start making it, we will give it to sick ppl who will try
it. So many Lyme cases here. I know 3 friends already who have it.
AND we had a neighbor who had it. She got palsy and half her face
was paralyzed. (yrs ago before I knew anything about it) Not long
after that she died of a heart attack. It's the silent epidemic
here. My sis isn't convinced (she's so sick with fibro she's bed
ridden, but she's a nurse and doesn't try holistic much...I'm
pretty sure it's Lyme) I'm working on her about trying it. Thanks
and have a great evening
