Some of this information is either over my head or doesn't make sense to
me.

Sesame seed as I understand it is the best way to get your calcium. I
used to grind it and dump it on salads.  My doctor, who I believe is a
centurian now told me a story once about hulled and unhulled.

One, I believe the unhulled, gave her beautiful nails but also a
reaction uncomfortable to her.  She immediately eliminated certain foods
from her diet until she confirmed what was causing the problem.

I would ask her but when I spoke to her last she said "well, if you
can't eat properly then go ahead and take colloidal silver".  

Strict vegan and a doctor that could look into my eyes and tell me "you
were smoking",  and that was three days previous just scared the hell
out of me.  That was over 15 years ago and although I know how to eat
properly, through her instructions, I did loose all my friends by
following them (instructions) and there are not enough vegans in the
area to satisfy my need for companionship; only my doctor and her
husband.
