I started taking Lugol's today for the first time. I had done silver regularly and MMS heavily for two days after getting sick until I couldn't stay out of the bathroom due to MMS. I was taking five drops of AMMS every two hours thru the day for two days. The illness was over a month ago and I have been feeling fine ever since but the tests were taken this week and came back 3+Salmonella. I don't know what the 3+ meant and my doctor couldn't tell me until she gets the full report. They faxed the results they did so I would get on medication. I wonder how long the salmonella will last. My husband was worried that salmonella wasn't something to play around with. I don't know how I got it. I do eat a lot of raw fruit, veggies and peanut butter all which could be suspect. Thank everyone for the help. Hopefully will get the full test results shortly and I'll know more what I'm dealing with. Grapefruit seed extract has also been used successfully although it took a few extra doses and a little more time with the GSE than with the Lugol's.
