Yes!! Totally!! Years later, my dentist is still talking about it. He had recommended root planing -- which did not sound like a lot of fun. So I began to religiously floss my teeth, twice a day, followed by using CS as a mouthwash. But more important -- I bought myself a water pik and used it daily with CS as the water. When I went back to the dentist six months later, he couldn't figure out why he had recommended root planing. You can solve this problem for the price of a water pik and a CS-making unit. $5,000.00 -- bah!!!!!!!!! MA
