have to say that using flouride causes the gums to separate from the teeth. This is one time I would consider the steroids as I had to take once but the dentist said just for a couple of days to help stengthen the gums??
Now, trying to save the teeth I have left by peroxide, mouthwash wtih alcohol and holding in mouth for 5 min. I forgot that mouthwash I used to get at Walmart but they aren't handling now. The doctor that wrote "Good Teeth Birth To Death" recommended that and brushing with soap! Not bad though; just shop for the best tasting one.
