Hi, I have been trying to avoid GM in all foods. It is hard to do.
Today I received a catalog from King Arthur Flour and decided today was the day to avoid GM. I called the company to ask if they had GM free grains and flour. The conversation was a little fuzzy but the lady said if it says organic, it is NOT GM. I sure hope she is correct. Thought this meant how it was raised.
