I'm not Smitty but felt the same way you are feeling when I first joined the group. I had a need that I wanted addressed and the topic wasn't strictly CS. I did find that if you ask a question someone will answer. It's amazing what I have learned from this group about other health topics to my and my husband's benefit. There are also web sites that cover many items you may have questions about. You may want to go to http://www.fugitt.com/cs.htm Wayne Fugitt was the sponcer of the site and listed so much information, kept a lot of archives on his personal computers. We recently lost Wayne but so far the site is still working. I think you will find many answers there. Hang in there and ask away.
