I too am sick of the establishment's "treatments" for cancer and lots of other things. But many of the doctors choose those treatments for themselves and families, so it's not a question of not caring or not trying--just don't know anything better. Why it's this way is probably a matter of training, peer pressure, mental and emotional inertia, etc.
