Yes, Del... We absolutely should use our own discrimimation with this process. I am strictly experimenting and do not recommend anyone do what I am doing. I feel whether we take these suppliments in pill form or liposomal it all basically ends up in the same place...no? Except for the vit. C I am only taking very small amouts of the others so as to see how my body reacts...I promise not to over do. Best regards...
