My recommendations: Maintanace, an ounce of 5 ppm once or twice a day.
If you feel a cold, flu or something coming on: Take 2 to 3 oz, and wait an hour. If not cured do a second time. I would then take an ounce an hour after that till cured, but have never had to take it more than twice, and neither has anyone in my family. If you are taking it for something you already have such a lyme, take an amount that gives you a herx that you can comfortably live with. Drink LOTS of water (in fact you might add some CS to anything you drink so as to maintain a constant level of CS in the water), and as more dies off, and you wash out more toxins, increase the dosage until the herx it completely gone.
