I had this info at one time, but can not find it now! I would appreciate
someone telling me again how to nebulize CS. I need all the details. How
much CS? How much dilutant? (I'm using DI water.) Any other details that
will help me will be appreciated!
I use what I believe to be about 2/3 ounce of 5-15 ppm CS. I try for 10,
but is it hard for me to keep it that low with my setup.
Although a somewhat effective nebulization can be done using an
ultrasonic humidifier with the filter removed, the best one is to build
the Brook's unit. This is done by buying the inexpensive air brush from
harbor freight, and attaching it to an oxygen tank (I use plain old
welding oxygen) and regulator. The regulator needs to set to
approximately 30 psi. The the smaller of the two bottles that attach to
the unit is filled 2/3 full with the CS. The spray is adjusted so that
a very fine mist is produced, one which is hard to see.
To use the unit, open your mouth and spray into your mouth toward the
back of your throat while breathing in. That is take a breath of air to
dilute and mix with the mist. Hold for a few seconds then breath out
through your nose. Do this until all the CS is gone.

My daughter (3 years old) is having what seems to be another asthma attack.
It's been several months since her last one (March), which actually ended up
in pneumonia. I am not interested in going to the hospital with her, so I
want to do anything an everything I can to keep her out. If there is some
other treatment that you know of that will help her, I would greatly
appreciate it!
I have never know a case of pneumonia to NOT clear up within hours of
nebulizing with CS. I am aware of several people being sent home to die
from the hospital being up and around the next day.
Thank you!
