Hello Group,

I'm interested in learning about various daily protocols, or protocols to
use in times of illness, for CS/EIS.

I've been making CS by the gallon for years, but mostly use it for topical
or external uses. FWIW, I use an 18VDC wall transformer, stirring with a
teflon-coated magnetic bar, and several lengths of 10 gauge .9999 pure
wire. Current is limited to 1 mA per square inch of silver by a variable
resistor (depending on the size of the wires.) I use a Hanna PWT to measure
the conductivity, which is generally between 5 and 10 uS after it
stabilizes. I drink an ounce or two every now and then, but not really on a
disciplined basis, often more as an afterthought.

When I started this as a hobby about 9 years ago, I don't recall any mention
of adding H2O2 to CS, and there was not much use of added DMSO. At that
time, the conventional wisdom was to drink about an ounce or so per day,
swishing it around in your mouth for as long as possible so that the silver
might be absorbed through the gums.

The impetus for this question was the re-posting of Bob Lee's experience
eating rotten meat mixed with CS as an experiment (thanks to the re-poster,
BTW, back in June). That was very interesting in that Bob and later the
other participant consumed quite a bit more CS over the course of a few
hours than I had previously heard of -- but it worked very well. Since that
reposting, it seems that there might be others who drink quite a bit more
than an ounce per day.

I would be very interested, and I'm sure many others would be as well, to
learn about various daily protocols, especially for anyone who never gets
sick (as I recall Trem wrote years ago), and also to learn what others
do when they begin feeling ill. Specific details might include the
following:

How many times per day?
How much each time?
Do you just drink it, or swish it around for as long as possible?
Do you take it with anything else? Empty stomach, or full?
What concentration (or conductivity)?
Do you add anything to the CS, such as H2O2 or DMSO?
How do you modify your protocol when you feel something coming on?
(For example, are there any who routinely nebulize, or just in times of
illness? And for those who nebulize, how much, what mixture, and how
often? I use nose drops and ear drops as well.)
*Or, are you one of the fortunate who truly never get sick*?
Finally, how long have you been doing this?

Rather than reply individually to all who respond, I will say a very
grateful thanks up front so as to conserve bandwidth (and typing time)!

J-Lee
