Here is Help for bone spurs. I get Bone spurs in my heels now and then, I have had them twice and in fact I just got rid of the last one a week ago. They are mostly caused by not enough calcium uptake. Not by too much calcium uptake. They can show up most anywhere, neck, shoulder, knee, hip, heels, or where ever there is a bone.
