Here is Help for bone spurs. I get Bone spurs in my heels now and then, I have had them twice and in fact I just got rid of the last one a week ago. They are mostly caused by not enough calcium uptake. Not by too much calcium uptake. They can show up most anywhere, neck, shoulder, knee, hip, heels, or where ever there is a bone. You can contact me at http://www.quailwoodherbal.com (Off Topic) by email also. This last heel spur took almost 2 months to disappear. But it's gone , thank God. Very painful, My fault, I never got right on it when I should have. The other one was 8 years ago, and the OSTEOMATRIX worked then too. Its a special Calcium, and other minerals combination to dissolve bone spurs, and also protect and strengthen your bones. It works!

I just found out why my shoulder has been bothering me. I have a bone spur where the collar bone meets the shoulder OUCH! I thought it was my bursitis acted up buy X-Rays reveled different I am not to lift things or do things with my arms lifting now this sucks as I was going to start washing ceilings and walls for the holiday's and do all my cleaning and I was going to get the yard mowed one more time before we start getting snow Doctor says no. So I am quite upset about this whole situation. He says the only thing to do when it gets to the point of bothering me all the time and before it cuts into my tendons is to have orthoscopic surgery and shave it down. I wonder if anything natural I could take would disolve it? Donna ACS -- The Silver List is a moderated forum for discussing Colloidal Silver.
