A Medisana nebulizer is a great asset Larry. I don't have the health problems you do, but if a cold is in the air, it tends to 'go to my chest' so to speak, which in the past necessitated ABX's (horror, upon horror!) but I got my Medisana (the one with the little spout) and it works wonders! No ABX's! dee
