Slightly off topic, but I was told by the proprietor of a health food store that raw honey should never be consumed with hot liquids ie, tea. Is this true? And why not????
================================== If honey is heated, the beneficial enzymes in it (along with other nutrients) are destroyed. It's the same result if you use honey in baking. Someone I think also mentioned not to feed honey to children. I believe that this idea is based on a flawed study in Canada. I discuss honey and other sweeteners in depth in my Rife Handbook.
