I have used the Serrazimes but not the Nattozimes. It worked well and I
could tell no difference from serrapaptase.
Serrapeptase is effective at disolving dead tissue and plaque.
Nattokinase disolves blood clots.

Subject: CS>Question about serrapeptase and Nattokinase

Hokay, I don't know squat about enzymes. But I've been reading different
things, and I'm still a little confused. I know that Bromelain and
peptase and all that jazz are for digestion, although it is recommended
to take them on an empty stomach if you want to do the chelation thing.

My question is about serrapeptase and
serrazimes... Are the serrazimes as good as serrapeptase?

Same thing for Nattokinase... are the as good as the Nattokinase..

What's the difference?

I know some of you guys have been using this stuff regularly, that's why
I'm asking.

Has anyone used the Nattozimes or the serrazimes?

I'd be grateful for anything you can tell me..

Finally got my Lugol's, and my second order of D3.
I also got some soil based probiotics with trace minerals and enzymes,
and that weird mushroom everyone was talking about last week. Got some
Lutein, astaxanthin, and zeaxanthin for the peepers too.

I've been cautious with the Lugol's, taking around
15 mg a day so far. Upped my D3 to 20,000 units a day. I don't get any
sun at all! I'll take that for a couple of weeks and then drop back down
and see how I feel. Right now I'm feeling quite a bit better. Of course
I'm taking R ALA and ALCAR too, with 1000 mg of vitamin C and liquid B
vitamins(with the form of B6 everyone is touting to protect the kidneys
and peripheral nerves, pyridoxine I think it is). I take the C and the B
vits with the Vit D3 and some Omega 3 and 6 at the same time. I
understand if you take the dry D3 capsules you need to take them with a
fat or oil source to absorb the D3 well. I also take some calcium, I
reckon the 72 trace minerals in the probiotics. and the D3, help with
the calcium absorption.

When I moved a couple of months ago, the boxes with all my supplements
disappeared and I'm just now getting my stock of stuff back. By golly I
can tell the difference when I don't take my stuff! I felt like pure
crap the first week of this new regimen, down in the bed, don't want to
wiggle, bad. I almost stopped taking the stuff, all of it, I felt so
darned bad. But I soldiered on, and between last night and today I'm
starting to feel much better. Have a real burst of feel good going on
right now. Brain is clear, I can concentrate, no dragging myself around
feeling. I dunno if it's the combination of everything or just one or
two but danged if I want to mess with it too much.
It's finally working as is.

I still take around 3 grams of circumin every day, got two bottles for
the price of one with my other stuff, and I got some cinnulin to see if
that works better than the whole cinnamon. SO I've been one capsule,
and dropper, poppin' grandma this past week, LOL. At least I'm not
taking the pharm drugs.

I've got some of those N Acetylcarnosine drops on the way for my
eyeballs. I got those on Amazon, they were the most reasonable I could
find, 25.50, everywhere else was higher than a cat's back, and the
shipping was free. Amazon even beat out Swanson's, and iHerb on the
price for those.
That's more than I pay for anything else, ever.
We'll just see how they work. I'll report back on those after they have
a chance to work, maybe 2 or
3 months, sooner if they work faster than I've heard. If I could find
the N Acetylcarmosine powder, or liquid, I could make my own eye drops
with a little dmso added. If anyone knows of a reputable source, I'd
appreciate it. I don't want someone selling me Carnosine when what I
want is N Acetylcarnosine.

Oh and I take my CS daily of course!

Anyway after all that blather, the serrazimes, and nattozimes thing?
Anyone have any personal info on the differences between imes and the
ases?

Annie
