It is also true that the diet doesn't have to be balanced every day - over the 
week is fine.  Personally, I feed my dog ground meat as he won't eat the 'prey' 
type or bones, except chicken wings, and I can't bear to look at it anyway.  He 
also has raw egg, sardines and seaweed supplements.  He is now seven and touch 
wood, *never* goes to the vets and is healthy and energetic.  dee
