CS>CS for asthma

I've had asthma for several years, I'm on advair and another 'rescue inhaler''  
I was wondering if anyone on the list has had any experience with using CS for 
asthma?  Also using a mist inhaler for inhaling CS?  Thanks for answering, I'm 
very new to CS and have only been using it for a couple months.  Thanks, Kathy
