Cayenne in powder form or tincture form. For the powder you mix up a spoon full, depending on how hot the powder up--start with a quarter teaspoon first. Mix this into a glass of warm water and drink. If you get cayenne tincture (which you can easily make yourself) then take a dropperful into your mouth. Again, start with just a few drops to see how hot it is and how much of it you can stand.
Cayenne moves the blood and helps circulation. You should also do some exercises to get blood pumping. If you don't exercise, start slowly so you don't over exert yourself. Have you had your heart checked? What tests have the doctors done? Are you diabetic? Is this just because winter is coming or have your feet been cold all summer? A bit more information would be helpful.
