I worry about taking so much at one time. I know one of my supplements said to use in the a.m. and not at night, but I can't remember which one. I rarely remember to take pills in between meals (like my Braggzyme enzymes) or 30 minutes before. So, I have so many supplements, but on any given day I probably only take 1/2 of them. I've wondered if I should make a chart, like take different things on alternating days except for a few every day. I don't really know where to start on it.

I have a friend who is taking several supplements for liver disease (hepatitis C, liver pain, and undetermined solid mass found on ultrasound) and needs help in how to best take them, along with a sleeping pill. Milk Thistle 3 X 250 mg per day - one site said 30 minutes before meal Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA) - 3 X 200 mg - between meals on an empty stomach Home Made Colloidal Silver - would like to take 1/2 cup up to 3 times a day Apricot Pits - small handful Zopiclone (Imovane) - at bedtime Selenium (not started this yet, but would like to add) about 400 mcg per day (?) He needs help in finding what to take with food, what to combine, what to take alone. He doesn't want them counteracting each other, or combining to form incorrect substances that will do harm. If anyone knows more things that help the liver that would be good. Thora
