I tried something like this diet except I added apple cider vinegar to the  
olive oil. I had high cholesterol, high triglycerides and high blood 
pressure. I  did this for one year then saw my chelation Mexican DR who told me 
to 
take the  OO/ACV combination.. He told me to stop as my cholesterol was 
getting too low! I  hated to quit as somehow I got so it tasted good.
