Brickey, Thanks for that. Lots of people praise the virtues of ACV, and I think there is a lot to it. Unfortunately my wife, who is the one with most of the medical issues seems to be allergic to ACV, wouldn't you know?
Because of my wonderful experience with Extra Light Olive Oil (ELOO) I do try to take one or two shots of it a day, whether I 'need it' or not. I know it really helps me avoid the intense hunger pains in-between meals, and that's worth a lot to me.
