Hi! I saw no mention of Vitamins A and E in the list. Those are what stopped, and now prevent, my once common migraines. I haven`t had one for months, and before that one, it was a decade or so since I had one! I take 25,000 IU of natural fish-oil Vitamin A, and 600-800 IU of natural alpha-Tocopherol (NOT tocopheryl with a Y, it is the artificial stuff). They work by making the blood vessels stretchy, and that eases the pain. Marshalee
