"Ringers Solution" comes to mind..used to re-hydrate people that
have Dysentery.

Lactated ringer's solution has no sugars of any kind. That is, the
one for IV or subcutaneous use does not. I checked the label (I buy
the stuff by the case). But maybe there is an oral version, but
googling I did not find one.
