It is like I said before on occasion, everything in moderation, even the good stuff! I know it can be very damaging to unbalance minerals which is why I don't take seperate ones now, but I thought that vit C was ok because most of us don't get nearly enough of it. I do know that since I have been giving hubby vit c almost every day, he doesn't get the broken blood vessels in his eye which he used to get on a regular basis every couple of months or less. I think it has a job to do i.e. strengthening the walls of arteries and veins, but maybe too much causes a problem in SOME people. We are all different, so need different things, which is why the so called 'normal' range that doctors use is largely irrelevant. dee
