Sol I've been taking E and Selenium at the afore mentioned dose for almost six years as a matter of course but only took the other stuff for the three months I mentioned. Some info I have read says the two over a long time frame is all you need. Definitely wrong in my case. The article is partially right but tainted by the profit motive I believe. Dave
