Is she eating dairy? Sometimes a culprit. Hubby from Italy said snake skin put in the ears always healed his earaches. I would try pet store to see if they have and just hold it there. Warm garlic oil may help too. I have not had these problems with kids or self. The garlic/mullin oil have heard of. Also www.brigittemars.com has book I believe on kids health. May go to amazon to get name and library or bookstore may have it or online. It has to be so painful for a young one.

After you put the luke warm oil in, let her lay on a slightly warm pad and betcha she goes to sleep. Let us know tomorrow, ok? Be praying in the meantime for her. Bless her heart!
