If it were me, I'd try it. Many people have been misdiagnosed with ALS, MS, fibromyalgia, you name it, and really had Lyme disease.
Regardless the diagnosis or it's accuracy, I believe that in time we will find that many diseases of unknown cause will be connected to treatable bacterial infection. Please keep us posted!
