This is just my opinion. I think that ozone does not last long in vivo. In the morning, I take ozonated water on an empty stomach before anything else. I only wait 15 minutes before taking anything additional because I think the ozone is either absorbed or dissipated quickly. If I were to take CS first, I would wait an hour for the CS to pass out of the stomach before taking the ozone. Again assuming it is taken on an empty stomach.
