I purchased some 35% H2O2 at a not so local well reputed health food store and
the literature they gave me said for a 3% solution put 1 ounce of 35% H2O2 in
a pint jar then add 11 ounces of distilled water, this will give you 12 ounces
of 3% H2O2. Is says to make sure to store it in the refrigerator. I also found
some good information on the web called Hydrogen Peroxide Therapy,
Drinking Hydrogen Peroxide the website is www.drinkh2o2.com make sure you type
an O and not a zero or you will get something else. you can also check out

Subject: CS>Food grade hydrogen peroxide
OK this may sound like a stupid question. I have food grade H202 35%. The brain
fog has fully set in. What ratio of this to distilled water do I use to get it
down to 3%? I sem to have forgotten all the maths I ever learnt.
Cheers
