Diamond V XPC YeastNot Dan, but I have been taking about a spoonful a day for the last three years and in that time, not one cold, let alone anything else of more seriousness (flu,etc). Can't prove it is the XPC, but all I know I have been the least sick during that period of taking it of my life. I only take it from about October to May and go without in the summer time.
