Janine,

You don't say what volume container you're using or the distance
between electrodes. I run 2 hours for 1.5 quart cell with 1/4
ounce ingot electrodes spaced 2" apart and get a consistent clear
to very pale golden result if I stir once or twice during the
process. When I had my electrodes 1" apart, I got a lot of brown
wisps (treeing?) that formed rapidly and gave the mix a darker
color, which is why I separated the electrodes further. I only
get the dark stuff when I forget a batch and let it run all
night. That's what I used to spray my feet, the dog's hot spots
(cured, by the way!), the rabbit's skin fungus (also cured) and
other uses (shower stall, fruit, mildew anywhere). It can also be
diluted (if it's not black) down to an acceptable color and made
potable. PS, I put about a pint of the dark yellow stuff in my
14,000 gallon swimming pool (I used bacquacil, not chlorine) when
the walls were looking greenish, and the algae disappeared
overnight without any other chemical treatment. Keep
experimenting and asking questions.

Sam
