Noting several recent posts about using CS for liver spots, I offer the following for perusal. I heard noted N.D. Joel Wallach, of liquid colloidal minerals fame, at a lecture one time mention that by the time you saw age spots on your skin, there were millions of them already internally in your body. He said a diet high in vegetable oils and deficient in selenium and essential fatty acids was the main cause of liver spots, and such diet was a certain route to a heart attack and cancer.
