I was trying to use DMSO and SSKI to fight toenail fungus, but ran into a problem. The DMSO dissolved the color from my socks and carried it into my skin, which turned black because I only wear black socks. I searched for white socks, but they all have gray heels and toes. While I used it, the DMSO/SSKI combo seemed to be working. I am trying to figure out how to keep using it without staining my skin. By the way, it appears to be important to file down your fungus nail until it is very very thin. Then the solution can penetrate the nail to the fungus.
